The Caribbean Karate Federation herewith is sending bulletin # 2 with the final details for your participation in the V Caribbean Karate Championship Cadets, Youth and Adults, to be held from August 12 to 18, 2019 in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
Competition Venue:
Sports Pavilion of the Club Mauricio Báez, Sector Villa Juana, National District.
For On-Line registration of athletes we will be providing a link to used.
We count on the participation of all the Caribbean karatekas organized in our respective federations.

The Caribbean Karate Federation (CKF) and the Dominican Federation of Karate (FEDOKARATE) herewith invite all member federations to participate in the V CARIBBEAN KARATE CHAMPIONSHIP, to be held in the city of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic from August 12th until August 18, 2019.
The event will be held in the Mauricio Báez Club Pavilion facilities of the Villa Juana Santo Domingo Sector, located 35 minutes from Las Americas International Airport (SDQ).
This information will be provided in the next bulletin.
WKF will be applied.
All duly registered athletes may participate with the endorsement of their respective National Federations.

This will be received ONLY by sending email to sdfasfafd@gmail.com and petersilverio@gmail.com duly completed in the official form hereby provided and which must be returned according to the dates provided.

- The PARTICIPATION FEE must be paid in cash, in US dollars, by the respective delegate before entering the informative meeting of the event.
Medals will be awarded for 1st, 2nd and two 3rd places.

This will be held on Wednesday the 15th.
The informative meeting of the event will take place in the meeting room of the High Performance Training Center.
For this meeting the presence of all the delegates and coaches who are registered in the respective forms is requested, as well as all the referees.
| RESPONSABILITY IN CASE OF ACCIDENT |
The organizing committee is not responsible for any accident that may occur during the event, which is why all athletes must have current a medical and/or accident insurance, of which ORIGINAL documents must be presented at the time of registration.
| TRANSPORTATION & ACOMODATION |
Each delegation will be responsible for covering the costs for travel, accommodation, food. Local transportation during your stay in the Dominican Republic and the transfer from the airport to the place of lodging will be the responsibility of the Organizing Committee.

Please do receive kind greetings from the Dominican Republic Karate Federation who responsible for hosting the various delegations that will attend the V Caribbean Cadet, Youth and Adult karate Championship from August 12 to 18, 2019. Accommodation will be provided in the high performance center of the Dominican Republic Olympic Committee whose cost will be USD $ 40.00 per person including full board. The facilities offers Wi-Fi Internet (100 mega), air conditioning in all common areas and rooms, hot water, swimming pool, contrast tubs (hot and cold), gym, laundry, games and recreation room, cafeteria, sports center and meeting rooms.
